Following an emphatic win over Ex-NBA star Nate Robinson, in only his second professional boxing bout, YouTuber Jake Paul is all the hype in the combat sports community, right now. He has been calling out top fighters like Conor McGregor, Ben Askren and Dillon Danis to take him on in a boxing bout. He believes that he has the skill set to take on MMA fighters.

More recently, he has found himself engaged in a social media tussle with retired UFC star and former flyweight and bantamweight champion, Henry Cejudo.

Cejudo clearly didn’t seem to like the idea of Jake Paul believing that he can take on any professional fighter, after beating a retired NBA star. “Yo Jake Paul since you really think your a legit fighter by beating up on retired NBA D lister’s who really deserves a academy award for best fall. How about we fight and if I can’t stop you I’ll give all money to charity of your choice. #dontbescaredhomie“, Cejudo said.

Cejudo further pointed out to the fact that Jake Paul was following him on Twitter. “I had no idea this dirt bag @jakepaul was a fanboy! Sign the contract and you might have your dream of meeting your idol Triple C! Ps I’m sending a digital autograph for you baby,” Cejudo tweeted.

One fan didn’t particularly like the idea of elite fighters calling out YouTube stars like Jake Paul. Cejudo replied justifying his call-out saying, “It’s easy money! And he gets the chance to meet his idol. It’s a win win for both. Bend the knee.”

“I’m a huge fan!! You’re the mini champ! But it seems like I’m your only fan because the purses I buy my girlfriend are worth more than your fight purses. where your PPV #’s at champ?“, Jake Paul tweeted in reply, denoting that even the purses, he gets his girlfriend are worth more than his fight purse.

It is highly unlikely that the two would fight, since there is a huge weight difference between the two. But, given this unpredictable world, anything is possible.
