Aaron Brown
Aaron Brown is the flagbearer of Canadian athletics and one of the country’s specialist 100M and 200M runner. He also participates in the relay events having brought Canada glory in all the categories. Born on 27 May 1992, the 6ft 1inch tall Canadian has been a former World Champion in the 4X200M category winning the Gold at the 2017 World Relay Championships in Nassau.
Brown’s early successes saw him get a scholarship at the University of Southern California which gave him a platform to compete better while completing his education on which he was very keen. He won the Silver medal in the 100M race at the 2009 World Youth Championships, one of his biggest win at the youth level.
At the 2018 NACAC Championships, he won a silver in the 200M category and went a step ahead in the 4X100M relay grabbing yet another gold for Canada. Apart from these successes, Brown is also an Olympic medallist after winning the Bronze medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics in the 4X100M category after finishing 4th but with the USA team getting disqualified, Brown and his compatriots won the Bronze.

Aaron Brown married his partner Milly Brown in 2020. The couple recently became parents in January 2021 and have named their son Kingsley Nico Brown. Aaron is quite active on his Instagram handle apart from having his own Youtube channel and regularly posts photos and videos of his family apart from his training regime and on-track achievements.
