Los Angeles wide receiver Demarcus Robinson was recently involved in an incident with law enforcement after being arrested mere hours after the Week 12 game against the Philadelphia Eagles — a game that ended in his team’s 37-20 loss.
While driving in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, Robinson was arrested at around 5:13 a.m. on Monday on suspicion of driving under the influence. According to the California Highway Patrol, he was driving more than 100 mph on the 101 Freeway, few miles away from the Rams’ training facility.
After being cited, Robinson — who was driving a white Dodge sedan — was “released to a responsible party” by the CHP-West Valley Area Office.

Demarcus Robinson emphasizes capitalizing on opportunities after a touchdown
The veteran receiver, who’s a key contributor to the Rams’ receiving squad, scored a touchdown in the first quarter of the game. Later in the third quarter, he caught a two-yard pass from quarterback Matthew Stafford in the end zone. He emphasized on capitalizing the opportunity whenever it presents itself when asked how his team can work on consistency.
After this game, he brought his season totals to 26 catches for 384 yards and six touchdowns in the last 11 games, surpassing his previous season’s record of 371 yards and four touchdowns in 16 games.
