Travis Kelce revealed that the famed singer and his girlfriend Taylor Swift will be attending his next game. The Kansas City Chiefs are playing the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.
The singer made appearances in the first two games of the Chiefs against the Baltimore Ravens and the Cincinnati Bengals. The ‘Tortured Poets Department’ singer has not been spotted since then in the stands for the last two games. The fan, however, has made it to the footballer’s mansion amid the form struggles to comfort him.
Last Saturday, the Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce hosted his second annual car show fundraiser in Kansas City. The event, called “Kelce Car Jam,” raised money for his 87 & Running Foundation, which helps children in Kansas City and Cleveland.
Travis Kelce’s event featured his parents, his brother, and sister-in-law, compatriot Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes. However, Taylor Swift was a key absence from the event. The absence would have added fuel to the fire amid the rumors of a potential breakup.
However, Kelce assuring that Swift will be attending his next game has alleviated some gossip at least. He later divulged to Page Six that his girlfriend will be attending the next game at the Arrowhead Stadium.

Despite Swift being absent from the event, her presence was immensely felt. The speakers at the event blasted many of Swift’s songs. Furthermore, Kelce showed off the 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle which he and Swift took out for a ride in Kansas City last year.
Sources reveal Swift’s reasons for skipping the Chiefs game
Sources close to the famed singer attribute Taylor Swift’s absence from the past two Kansas City Chiefs away games to her ongoing Eras Tour rehearsals. Swift, who made it almost all Chiefs games last year, missing two games has not gone unnoticed.
A source revealed to Page Six that the logistical troubles of traveling to different venues for rehearsals while the Chiefs play away games made it difficult for Swift to attend. With her Eras Tour set to resume in Miami on October 18, it seems that her focus is currently on preparing for her upcoming performances.
Additionally, there are the security risks. Swift’s recent show cancellation in Vienna due to terror attack threats was an eye-opener to the potential risks involved in public events. Furthermore, the recent political endorsements have not been welcomed equally throughout the country either.
The source said Swift has extensive experience and established rapport with the Arrowhead security team. They are familiar with her protocols and can provide a higher level of comfort and assurance as compared to road games.
