Sami Zayn sends concerning message ahead of Raw (via WWE)
Sami Zayn always gives it his all when it comes to his professional wrestling career. Despite many notable achievements in WWE and putting on several iconic matches and segments, he has never been rewarded for his work with a World Championship. Zayn added to this terrible luck a few weeks ago on Raw. Therefore, it is no surprise that the 40-year-old sent a concerning message on social media.
Sami Zayn penned down his thoughts on X ahead of the next episode of the red brand. He did not specify the context behind this tweet. However, fans assumed that it may be due to his professional frustrations within WWE.
The Underdog from the Underground had expressed a strong desire to become World Champion earlier this year. However, he has still been unable to accomplish this feat in his nine years on the main roster. Zayn got a chance to win the World Heavyweight Championship two weeks ago on Raw against Gunther. Unfortunately for him, he came up short once again.
Zayn could perhaps stay in the mid-card and go back for his Intercontinental Championship. However, it seems that Bron Breakker is not finished with Jey Uso yet, as they are scheduled for a rematch on the next episode of Raw. Therefore, the former NXT Champion seems directionless at the moment.

Some fans speculated that Zayn was expressing his concern over the current conflict in the Middle East, especially with the situation worsening over the past few weeks. While CM Punk expressed his opinion about the situation openly, the Raw Superstar has mostly talked about it through subtext. However, there is no doubt that he is a huge sympathizer for the cause.
Zayn has been on the receiving end of a lot of fan backlash over the past few months. He has often been referred to as ‘Sami Hogan’ by the social media wrestling community. These comments originated around the time when he ended Gunther’s Intercontinental Championship reign, beat Chad Gable in all their title matches, and defeated Bron Breakker at Money in the Bank.
