The Bloodline story continues to ramp up each week with the addition of new characters and interesting storyline plots. With the WWE debut of Jacob Fatu on the latest episode of SmackDown, WWE has announced a new segment for the faction on next week’s episode of the show.

WWE announced that next week’s episode of SmackDown will feature a Bloodline Acknowledgement Ceremony. This segment will feature all Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, Paul Heyman, and the newly-debuted Jacob Fatu. It is unclear what this segment will entail. However, fans can expect soap opera-style drama that they have become accustomed to within the Bloodline story.

Roman Reigns was infamous for making people bow down to him and acknowledging him. Solo Sikoa has been impersonating the former WWE Undisputed Champion by claiming to be the head of the Bloodline. However, this may be taking things a step too far, finally encouraging the former SHIELD member to return to WWE TV.

Apart from this segment, several matches for next week’s SmackDown were also announced during the episode. Candice LeRae will take on Jade Cargill and Tiffany Stratton in a Triple Threat Money in the Bank qualifying match. Naomi, Blair Davenport, and Indi Hartwell will battle it out with the same stipulation. On the men’s side, LA Knight, Logan Paul, and Santos Escobar participate in another Triple Threat match to mark their spot in the Money in the Bank ladder match.

The WWE Universe anticipates the return of Roman Reigns after the announcement of the Bloodline Acknowledgement Ceremony

The announcement of this segment immediately made the wrestling world think about the return of Roman Reigns. The Tribal Chief has been absent from WWE TV since his loss at WrestleMania XL. Although he has teased training for a return to WWE, he is seemingly not involved with the company backstage and has only been spotted in the public.

Many fans pointed out that next week’s episode of SmackDown emanates from Madison Square Garden. This is WWE’s most infamous venue, and the company is likely to do something big for the show. Apart from Reigns, it could also feature the return of other Bloodline members, such as Jimmy Uso or even The Rock.

This storyline is likely headed towards a War Games match within The Bloodline. It will likely pitch the old members of the faction against this new incarnation of the group, headed by Solo Sikoa. After he explicitly told Heyman that Reigns would not be returning to WWE, it seemed like the perfect set-up for the Tribal Chief to come back.
