AEW All Out featured a hard-hitting match for the AEW World Championship between Bryan Danielson and Jack Perry. However, the anomaly took place following the match. The members of the Blackpool Combat Club joined the World Champion following his match to celebrate. The celebration turned into a brutal ambush that shocked the fans in NOW Arena.
After Bryan Danielson successfully defended his title against the Scapegoat, the Patriarchy rushed to the ring to take him out, led by Christian Cage. BCC came out to save the day as Jon Moxley, along with Marina Shafir, blocked the ring. However, the shocker of the night was when Claudio Castagnoli betrayed the American Dragon, followed by Moxley choking him out with a plastic bag.
The Death Rider brutally turned his back on his former friend. He took a plastic bag and wrapped it around the face of Danielson to suffocate him. The Chicago crowd was chanting, “This is murder,” while Moxley was looking at the lifeless body of the AEW World Champion. Wheeler Yuta was shocked while watching his mentor get wrecked as he was blocked by Pac.
The actions of Jon Moxley were heinous as they flabbergasted everyone throughout the world. He has been deranged ever since his return alongside Marina Shafir. It has been rumored that he is part of a new faction led by Shane McMahon. The latter is speculated to be signed by AEW following their meeting last month.
McMahon joining AEW is uncertain and more of a rumor rather than something concrete. McMahon indeed has no ties to WWE anymore after disputes with his father, Vince McMahon in 2022. This was during the 2022 Royal Rumble, where the younger McMahon’s entitled attitude and disagreement about utilizing celebrities like Bad Bunny resulted in his sacking.
