The past few weeks of AEW TV have featured the Owen Hart tournament. This year, the winner of the women’s tournament was guaranteed a title shot at the AEW Women’s Championship against Toni Storm at All In in Wembley. The main event of the latest episode of Dynamite featured the finals of the tournament, pitting Mariah May against Willow Nightingale.

The former Stardom superstar defeated Willow Nightingale, winning the tournament. The two competitors shook hands as a sign of respect, and the AEW Women’s Champion stormed into the ring to congratulate her protege. They embraced each other and slipped towards the Owen Hart Cup and championship belt hand-in-hand.
