Darby Allin has made a career out of taking dangerous bumps and falls. He often puts on dangerous stunts seemingly without any consideration for his own body, purely for the entertainment of his fans. Keeping up with his antics, he performed a perilous stunt on the latest episode of Dynamite.
Darby Allin faced Will Ospreay in the Continental Classic tournament at the AEW Dynamite Holiday Bash. At one point during the match, the Aerial Assassin lay on the ring apron while the former TNT Champion climbed up the turnbuckle. He jumped backward for a coffin drop, but the former International Champion managed to pull himself inside the ring by tugging on the rope.
Allin fell on his back right onto the ring apron. He fell down onto the floor unconscious as the show cut to break. Thankfully, the 31-year-old seemed to be fine after the show returned from the break. No injury to him has been reported so far, either. He eventually fought back into the match and ended up beating Will Ospreay, this time successfully landing his finisher.
My God!

This victory earned Allin three more points in the Continental Classic, bringing his total up to six. In the gold league, this places him in the same position as Ospreay, Ricochet, and Claudio Castagnoli. Many fans are surely rooting for the rising star to finish on top of his league and go on to take home the entire tournament.
The Wrestling World reacts to Darby Allin falling backwards on the ring apron against Will Ospreay
Despite Darby Allin doing such dangerous stunts several times over the years, wrestling fans were still taken aback after seeing this jump. He simply continued to amaze them each and every week, and many recalled some of the other incredible spots he had put on throughout the years.

Many fans expressed their concerns for the Daredevil. If the 31-year-old kept going at it like this, it is unlikely that he would have a wrestling career that would span for too much longer. A netizen brought up the example of Bryan Danielson, who had recently complained about constantly being in pain due to his wrestling career. And his style of wrestling wasn’t even as dangerous as Allin’s is.
I love his dedication but brother please, don’t kill yourself ?

I don't understand this guy. Wrestling is a sport with serious impact on the body. I watched ECW when I was younger, but as I got older I'll realized how stupid some of this crazy stuff is when its just for the spectacle. He'll hate his body when he's 40 if he keeps on doing this

Other fans said that Allin was aware of the dangers he was undertaking while performing in such a manner. This is something that he loved to do more than anything in the world. Entertaining fans was the top priority for him, even if it came at the cost of his own self. After all, every wrestler puts their body at risk while performing, no matter how safe their spots are.
