Brock Lesnar, the current WWE Champion, has an outstanding history in the company, having won multiple world titles. The company currently appears to be planning for a new star to take on the role of “another Brock Lesnar.”

WWE is preparing Gable Steveson to be the next Brock Lesnar

The current plan for the Raw Superstar Gable Steveson is to boost him to the main roster as soon as possible and script him has the next Brock Lesnar. A report by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer hinted at the same. “Gable Steveson will also be fast-tracked to the main roster and the idea is for him to be another Brock Lesnar,” said Meltzer.

Gable Steveson and our current WWE Champion Lesnar already appear to possess a very good bond. They both share many similarities too as both of them are former NCAA Division 1 Champions as well as have graduated from the University of Minnesota. Gable Steveson also appeared at Corey Graves’ After The Bell podcast last year and upon the topic of Brock Lesnar, Gable had a lot to say. Gable spoke about the life advice he sought from the Beast Incarnate. He quoted:

Brock, a while ago, was preparing me for my long – the long journey that he knew I was going to have. Before I even won the national title, before I was even doing the things that I do now, Brock came in my freshman year of college, and talked to me about winning and friends and having the right people, having the right circle around you.” said Gable.

Gable then continued by saying, “Having guys like that, who you really don’t see, that are big-time ballers and players in the world, to have them come in and sit me down and give me the gist of how his life was and how he became so successful and tried to put it into me, it’s like a once-in-a-lifetime thing that you have to listen to.“

Gable is apparently drafted to Monday Night Raw after his debut at Summerslam 2021. The WWE Universe has very high hopes and is excited to see him compete in WWE’s squared circle.
