Bayley is one of the most talented and versatile superstars in all of WWE. She is one of the four horsewomen of WWE and is also called the best entertainer of the Thunderdome Era. Her popularity is unmatchable and her both face and heel characters have been a blockbuster for WWE.

The Role Model was not a part of any matches at the 37th edition of the Grandest Stage of them All. Though WWE had plans for her matches, they were eventually scrapped which made her end up as the host the Wrestlemania 37. Rumors of why this happened have been spreading around all around the globe. “There was a hope that WWE could get Becky Lynch involved in WrestleMania 37, but it never ended up happening. Becky Lynch confirmed to Fightful that there were conversations about her making a return at the show, specifically to do something with the Role Model. Lynch said Bayley deserved a big moment, and she was hoping to make that happen, but it never came to fruition. Lynch joked that WWE thought they needed something bigger for Becky than Bayley.”

“We followed up with people who were working with creative at the time, who confirmed to Fightful there were an ‘exhaustive number of pitches to get Bayley more involved in WrestleMania.’ We’re told that her value to the show was never in doubt, but everything that seemed to get pitched just kept getting shot down. “

Bayley recently took to Twitter to blast the WWE Universe who have been interested in spreading the rumors of her WrestleMania 37 plans being scrapped. The former SmackDown Women’s Champion also said that she didn’t even think about this after the event was over. Here’s what she said:

“Hello you idiots can you please be respectful to the injured?!??? Yeah yah big deal I wasn’t booked on WM 37 but I’m over it and so should you!!!! AND I missed this yr thanks to you guys!!!! Let it go!!! I moved on. I never think about it!!! PS – Yes I fix wigs as a side hustle” – She wrote on Twitter
