BREAKING: Brock Lesnar removed from this premium live event
Will Brock Lesnar challenge Roman Reigns again?
The Beast Incarnate suffered a major upset at Wrestlemania 38 when the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns beat him to unify the WWE and the Universal Championships. Since his loss at the show of shows, cowboy Lesnar has been written off from WWE TV. However, he had been previously advertised for the next 2 premium live events namely Wrestlemania Backlash and Money in the Bank. This doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.
Brock Lesnar is no longer advertised for Wrestlemania Backlash
Brock Lesnar had been advertised for WWE’s Wrestlemania Backlash, as seen on wwe.com as well as the local posters. However, WWE updated their Wrestlemania Backlash list recently, and the former WWE Champion’s name seems to no longer be on the list. Although being removed from the official WWE website, Brock Lesnar’s name is still being popped up at the Dunkin’ Donuts centre and it is expected to be updated soon.
Now the only premium live event the Beast is being advertised for is Money in the Bank 2022 which is scheduled for the 2nd of July. With this, the bare rumours of Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns’ feud being renewed should officially be dated. As it had been reported earlier, the feud between the two heavyweights was supposed to end at Wrestlemania 38 and there has been no update on the future storyline of Brock Lesnar.
Roman Reigns, however, might be defending his Unified WWE Universal Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura at Wrestlemania Backlash as the feud has been initiated this past week on Smackdown. The other two matches announced for the show are 2 Wrestlemania rematches, with one being between Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins and the other being between an ‘I Quit’ match for the Smackdown Women’s Championship between Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey.
