Tonight’s King and Queen of the Ring PLE will emanate from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. On the latest episode of SmackDown, WWE announced that a major celebrity would be appearing on the event. The home country’s famous actor and comedian, Ibrahim Al Hajjaj, will be making his return.
At Crown Jewel 2023, Al Hajjaj was the special guest on Miz TV. Grayson Waller interrupted the segment to berate the actor and the live audience as well. However, the Arrogant Aussie received a People’s Elbow from the 30-year-old celebrity, sending the crowd into a frenzy. Nonetheless, WWE hasn’t confirmed Al Hajjaj’s role for tonight’s show.
Despite that, it will most likely be a segment similar to his last appearance. The Stamford-based promotion has always been open to bringing in outsiders for their shows. Recently, the likes of Patrick Mahomes and IShowSpeed have made notable appearances on WWE television. The three-time Super Bowl winner had an intense face-off with Braun Strowman.
Meanwhile, the popular streamer accompanied Logan Paul to his match at WrestleMania XL. Dressed in a PRIME bottle, Speed received an RKO from Randy Orton and played a part in helping Paul retain his title. Needless to say, it will be interesting to see what WWE has in store for Ibrahim Al Hajjaj’s appearance at King and Queen of the Ring.
What else is confirmed for King and Queen of the Ring?
The two finals of the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments will be held tonight. Gunther and Randy Orton will square off in their first-ever dream match. Meanwhile, Lyra Valkyria will look to continue her dream start to her main roster career by thwarting Nia Jax.
Cody Rhodes will be defending his Undisputed WWE Championship against Logan Paul, in what is likely to be the main event. Meanwhile, Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan will settle their differences in their Women’s World title battle.
Sami Zayn will have the Jeddah crowd’s support behind him as he will be taking on Bronson Reed and Chad Gable for his Intercontinental Championship. All in all, WWE has a strong match card for tonight’s show, which is expected to continue their string of successful international events.
