Fans are worried that Natalya Neidhart’s marriage to former WWE superstar Tyson Kidd is in peril now that Season 7 of Total Divas has ended because TJ hasn’t been on an episode of her hit E! reality TV series in more than a couple of years. Is it true that Nattie and TJ are no longer together?
Don’t worry, even though TJ is no longer on Total Divas, his marriage to Nattie appears to be continuing strong!
Natalya and TJ never had puppy love! They proved it
Nattie, 35, and TJ, 37, grew up together in Calgary, Canada, and they connected through their shared passion for wrestling at an early age. Nattie gushed about how much TJ has influenced her wrestling career.
Nattie told Sports Illustrated, “I’ve known TJ since I was 10 years old.” “He grew up with my family and has always played an important role in my life. He was one of my first wrestling instructors, and he helped me a lot in the Dungeon. TJ keeps me in check. Every day, TJ teaches me something new. He is a unique individual.”
Their lovely wedding aired on Total Divas
After 12 years of dating, the couple eventually married in 2013. They exchanged vows in a private ceremony at a residence in Sarasota, FL, followed by a reception at Michael’s On East. Family, friends, and their Total Divas co-stars Daniel Bryan, Brie Bella, and Nikki Bella were among the guests.
The couple called their relationship, ‘unorthodox’
T.J. Wilson and Natalya Neidhart met as children and have been friends for 27 years. But theirs isn’t your usual “girl meets boy next door and they marry and live happily ever after” tale. “I remember meeting Nattie at her grandfather’s place — and she told me off about five minutes later,” Wilson recalls fondly of his first encounter with his longtime love.
While Nattie denies this claim, she does not dispute that he “drove her insane until I was around 15” and that their relationship is “unorthodox” and “nontraditional” (but “loving regardless,” as T.J. adds) — which makes sense given that their lives have revolved around wrestling for decades.
