Alexa Bliss has been absent from WWE TV for almost two years now. Meanwhile, there has been constant buzz around her name among the fans. Recently, an abrupt case surfaced on the internet that involved a person posing as the former Women’s Champion and scamming one of her fans out of $1 million.

According to the New York Times, a man named Alfred Mancinell was deceived into believing that he was in a romantic relationship with Alexa Bliss. It was revealed that the man gave up around $1 million of his retirement savings and his grandchild’s college fund to the imposter.

Moreover, the scammer posing as Bliss often mentioned to the fan that Vince McMahon humiliated her backstage. Therefore, she had been going through a traumatic phase. The imposter frequently asked Alfred to pay their hospital bills under the name of the WWE star.

However, Mancinell died earlier this year, which also marked the end of this scam. His son, Chris Mancinell, believed that even though he had not passed away, he would have still continued paying the Bliss imposter. It was quite an intriguing case of the affection a fan had for the WWE star.

Alexa Bliss seemingly confirms her WWE return

Fans have been clamoring to see Alexa Bliss back in the ring for well over a year now. However, there have been no profound reports of when the former Women’s Champion could make her comeback. Recently, the 33-year-old herself answered the lingering question on social media.

Bliss did an Instagram Q&A session where fans asked her about her WWE return. She responded to those comments by saying that she would indeed make her return. Although The Five Feet of Fury did not mention any timeline, she could be back to WWE around the Royal Rumble next year.

For all of the questions in my comments yes-I will be returning.
