“I love you,” Bianca Belair’s heartfelt message to Smackdown Superstar
Belair
Bianca Belair has been dominating the WWE roster since the beginning of 2021. She kicked off the year with a massive win in the 30-Woman Royal Rumble match. The EST of WWE outlasted 29 opponents to earn the right for main-eventing Wrestlemania. If the Rumble win wasn’t enough, Belair went on to win the Smackdown Women’s Championship on Night One of Wrestlemania 37.
While she was massively pushed by the company for the majority of the year, her dominance came to a screeching halt at WWE Summerslam 2021. After one dominant performances, one after the other, Belair ended up losing the title at the “Biggest Party of the Summer” to Becky Lynch – and that too within 26 seconds.
This quick loss was planned to establish Lynch as a formidable Heel, but there was certainly the risk of losing the entire heat that Bianca Belair had. Thankfully, the fans still loved and supported Belair. Interestingly, the babyface is as much a sweetheart in real-life as she is seen on-screen. She recently had some really warm words for Smackdown Superstar Naomi.
Naomi recently posted a couple of photographs of herself fixing Belair’s dress backstage. In response to this tweet, Belair mentioned that it was from the Night One of Wrestlemania – where Naomi helped her with her outfit. “Right before I walked out at Mania! I love you Naomi,” tweeted the EST of WWE.
Bianca Belair and Naomi are really close friends in real life. Night One of Wrestlemania 37 would be the most memorable night of Belair’s career and seeing her sharing a moment with her friend is really heartwarming.
Bianca Belair will be eyeing her second Royal Rumble win
Belair has been out of the Championship scene for quite some time now. She recently participated in a Triple Threat match for the No.1 Contender’s for the Raw Women’s Championship. The match also included Liv Morgan and Doudrop. Belair came close to pinning Morgan, before the current Champion Becky Lynch interfered and costed her a chance.
But this shouldn’t be the end of the road for Bianca Belair. She is quit likely to be a part of the 30-Woman Royal Rumble match. In case she goes on to win the match and decides to go after Lynch – it would set up the perfect redemption story. Interestingly, in case Belair manages to win, she would be the first Women to win two Royal Rumbles.
