Johnny Gargano is one of the most dynamic superstars in WWE currently. The former NXT Champion is one of the most established superstars in NXT and his talent is unmatchable as well. His popularity has crossed many limits and his athleticism is praised by all.

Johnny Gargano started his WWE career with cameos, but after taking part in the tryout camp in 2015 he started to make regular appearances for NXT. Soon, he signed a permanent contract with the NXT in April 2016 which gave him a lot of recognition. He then aligned with Tommaso Ciampa and named their team DIY.

But the two men were soon seen against each other after they disbanded their team and became bitter rivals. In January 2019, Gargano won the NXT North American Championship which marked his first singles title win in WWE. After that, he soon went on to become the NXT Championship which made him one of the most popular and established stars of NXT.

Following that feat in April, Gargano became the first ever Triple Crown Champion of NXT which was a huge accomplishment for him. The next few months saw Gargano win the NXT North American Championship twice which made him a record 3-time North American Champion. This also made him one of the most accomplished stars in NXT and respect for him in the minds of others raised that very moment.
