PHOTOS: Liv Morgan shows off scars incurred during her match against Sasha Banks on Smackdown

Liv Morgan squared off against one half of the newly crowned Women’s Tag Team Champion Sasha Banks in the most recent episode of Smackdown. However, the match went a little harsh on Morgan as she posted pictures of scars that she incurred in the process. She’s got multiple bruises with one below her eyes and a handprint mark on her shoulder.
Sasha Banks pushed the limit on Liv Morgan
The Boss Sasha Banks has effectively transformed herself into everyone from Eddie Guerrero to Sailor Moon to Spider-Man via her in-ring gears over the years. She is known for her impressive skill of being able to innovatively cosplay as anything from Marvel characters to her peer wrestlers – alongside being undoubtedly one of the best in-ring workers of this generation. We recently saw her display of skillset as she and her partner clinched the women’s tag team championships at Wrestlemania 38.
Moreover, it was Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley who were involved in the fatal-4-way match too but were unable to get their hands on the gold. But it looks the momentum has shifted towards the former duo as Liv Morgan secured a victory over Banks this past week on Smackdown. However, it seems that the match went harsh on Morgan as she showed off the bruises she suffered, on her Twitter handle yesterday. Her tweets can be seen below:
Liv Morgan hasn’t been successful in winning gold in WWE yet but this might not be the case any longer as she aims to get the tag titles alongside her partner Rhea Ripley. Ripley thinks that is insane, admitting that it boggles her head. She spoke about it with Nick Hausman recently and said that she deserves it and she’s down if the duo can get the gold for the first time:
“Man, It would mean the absolute world. And to know that Liv hasn’t won a championship in WWE, that’s insane to me. It blows my mind that she hasn’t because she’s so good at what she does. And she really does deserve it. So, if this can be the first time, and I can be part of that moment, I am so down for it.”
