WWE’s Head of the Creative Triple H has done an incredible job since his first day. He has elevated talent in the company along with the shows produced. The WWE CCO is planning to sign NJPW Women’s Champion Giulia in WWE. The company has shown massive interest in the Japanese superstar lately.
Giulia is heavily acclaimed for her in-ring work and persona. She has achieved almost everything in Stardom since joining the promotion in 2019. Some sources in Japan earlier revealed that she is all set to appear at the WWE Performance Center later this month. However, a new report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter destroys the possibility.
Dave Meltzer has confirmed Giulia is under contract to Bushiroad until March 2024. Regarding her possibly being at the WWE PC later this month, it’s doubtful Bushiroad would allow this, and her booking schedule would make it difficult up until January’s NJPW Battle in the Valley in San Jose.Wrestling Observer Newsletter on Giulia
Giulia has been under a contract with Bushiroad until March 2024. She might sign with WWE after March next year. Furthermore, as per some rumors and speculations, NJPW is interested in booking a dream match between the NJPW Strong Women’s Champion and Mercedes Mone.
Furthermore, WWE was all out to sign Japanese star Saree to the company. She was returning to the United States. However, all the hopes went down for Triple H after she signed a multi-year contract with Sukeban. Saree will officially be making a comeback to professional wrestling in the United States, though the place won’t be WWE.
Giulia is a prominent star in the world of professional wrestling. She has already made a name for herself in this industry. It will be an interesting turn of events in 2024 after Giulia becomes a free agent. Needless to say, WWE will try to do everything in its power to sign the NJPW Strong Women’s Champion into the company.
Professional wrestling accomplishments of Giulia
Giulia is a profound name in the wrestling industry. She is an English-born Italian-Japanese professional wrestler. The 29-year-old is currently with World Wonder Ring Stardom. She has been working as the top face of the promotion. Giulia is the current one-third of the Artist of Stardom Champions in her second reign, while also being a former one-time World of Stardom Champion.
Moreover, Giulia had been a part of NJPW as well. She has also been the top star of the promotion with her remarkable in-ring talent. In 2020, the Japanese superstar defeated Willow Nightingale to win the Strong Women’s Championship. Furthermore, she is popular in her promotions for giving five-star classic matches.
It is going to be interesting to see Giulia in WWE next year if she decides to sign with the company. Her addition will surely elevate the already-stacked women’s division in WWE. She has the potential to become the top face of the company.
