Based on his recent statements, one could tell that AJ Styles prefers incumbent Chief Content Officer Triple H to be at the helm instead of Vince McMahon. The famed veteran, who’s 46 now, has spoken extremely highly of The Game. He affirmed that Hunter makes every character feel important on WWE television. During the same interview with the Battleground Podcast, Styles elucidated why more free agents should come to WWE.

He seemed to directly address the budding names who’re hellbent on making it count on the grandest stage. Styles admitted that there may have been previous trepidations among talents that stemmed from various debacles while Vince McMahon was steering the ship. However, the 78-year-old is no longer in charge. And as The Phenomenal One iterated, WWE is in this for the long run.

He touted WWE’s groundbreaking multi-year exclusive media rights agreement with Netflix. The OTT platform’s foray into the realm of sports entertainment commences this January with flagship episodic series, Raw, moving to the streaming service. At this stage of his career, Styles appears to have grown on WWE as ever. Debuting in 2016, the former IWGP Heavyweight Champion barged in with plenteous of equity.

I wish more guys, who I think would do well in WWE, who may have been afraid as far as past things have happened with Vince being there. We're talking about 10 years on Netflix, possibly 20 years. That's a long time. We're not going anywhere.

Over eight years removed, AJ Styles has earned himself a sure-shot induction into WWE’s Hall of Fame at some point. And evidently, the 46-year-old wishes he could pass on that legacy to whoever dreams big enough to carve a legacy of their own and come on board with WWE.

Is AJ Styles in for a humbling on SmackDown?

After months of turmoil, it seems something big is upon the WWE Universe. Styles, who’s been obsessed with LA Knight, has decided to shun the latter. Last week on SmackDown, Knight challenged Styles to a match at WrestleMania 40 which The Phenomenal One accepted after cracking The Megastar in the back.

After the show, Knight proclaimed to avenge his misery the moment Styles shows up to work. Cognizant of the potential consequences, the ex-OC leader announced that his rival won’t get a piece of him as he’s not going to be there on SmackDown tonight. But that doesn’t mean he’s not vulnerable at all.

A few hours ago, the Defiant One took to X and showed as if he’s not concerned with Styles declaring a French Leave. Well, maybe The Megastar has decided to channel his inner Triple H. The fans are heavily expecting a home invasion angle between the two during tonight’s SmackDown.
