Alexa Bliss is set to face Bianca Belair for the RAW Women’s Championship on the January 2nd edition of RAW. This will be the first time since 2021 that Bliss will compete for a women’s championship. The last time Alexa Bliss competed for the RAW Women’s Championship was at Extreme Rules 2021. Charlotte Flair defended her title against Bliss at the event.

Alexa Bliss has almost won everything in the company. Her recent title win was the Women’s Tag Team Championship with Asuka. The two held the title for five days before losing at the Crown Jewel. In the second half of the year, Bliss was mostly involved in the tag team division and competed as a part of a team involving Asuka and Bianca Belair.

Alexa Bliss’ Tag Team Championship win with Asuka was the third time she won the championship. Before this, she had won the title twice during her alliance with Nikki Cross. Bliss has formed alliances in the past, and today on Twitter, she took time to connect with her former tag team partner, Mickie James. James and Bliss formed an alliance between 2017 and 2018. She would assist Bliss during her matches, and the two even feuded with each other.

Mickie James posted a funny tweet and tagged Alexa Bliss in it. The former RAW Women’s Champion replied to the tweet by mentioning that she misses working with Mickie James.

“Boy do I miss working with you [Face with Tears of Joy emoji] always so much fun & love lol love u @MickieJames,”

Will Alexa Bliss form an alliance with Bray Wyatt?

The WWE Universe loved every minute of Alexa Bliss’ character during her association with Bray Wyatt. Bliss played her part to perfection, and her acting abilities were top-notch. But after Wyatt left the company in 2021, her character went downhill and became directionless.

Now that Bray Wyatt has returned to the company, fans might see the two together again. There have been a lot of teases in terms of a possible alliance between the two. Alexa Bliss beat Bayley in the No. 1 contender match for the RAW Women’s Championship on the December 12th episode of RAW. Bianca Belair went on to congratulate her when she won, but Bliss was triggered into hypnosis and kept Belair in position for the sister Abigail.

During a conversation with Byron Saxton on the December 19 edition of RAW, Alexa Bliss discussed the incident with Bianca Belair. She claimed that Bray Wyatt had abducted her and turned her into a dark version of herself. Bliss then smashed the vase on Belair’s head as they proceeded to leave. The teases surely indicate that fans will get to see Bliss and Wyatt together again.
