“I Am Actually Trying”- Alexa Bliss Gives an Update on Her Transformation to a New Character in WWE

Alexa Bliss and Asuka lost their Women’s Tag Team Titles to Damage CTRL at Crown Jewel, after winning the titles just five days prior on Monday Night Raw. While fans are criticizing the hot-shotting of titles, an underlying storyline is the reason for the title change, and it may be related to Bray Wyatt.

Alexa Bliss’ has portrayed several characters in WWE, but lately, she seems in limbo as the Wyatt 6 logo has distracted her in patches during recent segments. For those unaware, Alexa Bliss and Bray Wyatt were involved in a program together before Wyatt was shockingly released from WWE in 2021.

Since her dissolution with Wyatt, Alexa has lost her footing. The former Raw Women’s Champion has not made significant overtures in recent memory. But the Bray Wyatt tease is bringing her into the limelight.

During a recent appearance on WWE Deutschland, Bliss said that she has always evolved with her characters and is trying to evolve from her current character.

“It is [strange], and that’s why I think about it a lot more recently because I don’t really know where I’m at right now when it comes to character-wise, So I think about like, ‘Man, I’ve been eight to nine different personas in my career. I tried to always evolve, and I am actually trying to even change from what I’m doing now.”

Alexa Bliss is slated for a match at Survivor Series WarGames

Alexa Bliss has assisted Bianca Belair since the formation of DAMAGE CTRL, and will be a part of the War Games match at the Survivor Series later this month. But with Nikki Cross costing her the titles at Crown Jewel and later joining forces with Damage CTRL, we suspect Cross’ association with Bray Wyatt is the reason behind targeting Alexa Bliss.
