Alexa Bliss is on cloud nine right now. Basking in the delight of her upcoming baby, she and her husband recently did the gender reveal. At a grand bash held in New York City, Bliss and Ryan Cabrera smashed the dual-colored guitar to reveal the pink side of it. The partygoers erupted in joy as the expectant couple officially confirmed that they are having a baby girl.

Shortly after the hangover settled, Bliss caught up with The Messenger. She discussed a plethora of topics during the chat, including pregnancy affecting her WWE status. Indicating her time off as a blessing in disguise, she feels it’s always good to have these kinds of spells. According to her, it’s quite necessary to reinvent one’s character in the meantime. Ultimately, that’s the only key to sustained longevity in this business.

Little Miss Bliss also highlighted how fans start missing a particular character whenever it gets off television. She said, it becomes necessary to hold it up, take a step back when something’s not working, rethink, and come back with a bang. Alexa Bliss recalled the characters she’s played so far, noting that everyone of them has been a success.

Pointing out her spot-on merchandise sales, Bliss felt satisfied with her WWE journey so far. So being said, it’s definitely not over for her. She plans to hit the gym a month after giving birth. That new window of opportunity could unlock a completely new pathway for restored glory in her upcoming years with the company.

Turning the calendar back to January this year, Alexa Bliss battled Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Title at the Royal Rumble. In an unimpressive bout, both athletes appeared stiff. Fans in attendance expected the match to pick up steam with time, however, it never did. In an anticlimactic ending, The EST put away The former Goddess after a Kiss of Death.

After the match, Bliss seemed devastated in the ring. Then, all of a sudden, Uncle Howdy’s setting eclipsed The Alamodome. He was seen laughing at Bliss’ petty state. And then, without much explanation, Howdy disappeared, adding to fans’ exasperation. Following that, Alexa Bliss was taken off television. Later on, she revealed that she went away to cure her skin cancer.

Just when fans thought they were about to welcome Bliss back, she announced her pregnancy. In many ways, she and Ryan Cabrera weren’t really expecting that. The former Women’s Champion had to go through multiple pregnancy tests to confirm the result. However, when the sample turned out positive, Ryan and Bliss were filled with extreme elation.
