The Elimination Chamber is going to be the next PLE for WWE. It is the only stop until WrestleMania XL. Therefore, it is likely to have a huge impact on the road to the Grandest Stage of Them All. As per some recent reports, higher-ups in WWE are planning to have a major title change at the star-studded show in Australia.
According to Xero News, WWE is planning to have Judgment Day drop the Undisputed Tag Team Titles to Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate. Although it is just a thought backstage, nothing is profound at the moment. Moreover, it is possible that Judgment Day will lose the titles to Bate and Dunne, as the duo has been shown very strong on WWE TV lately.
Besides, Bate and Dunne earned their chance to challenge the Undisputed Tag Team Championship at Elimination Chamber on this week’s SmackDown. They defeated #DIY in a marquee match to move one step closer to glory. Furthermore, the reign of Finn Balor and Damian Priest has been lacking steam and interest from fans. Therefore, The British Strong Style winning the titles might freshen up the tag team picture ahead of WrestleMania.
In essence, there have been rumors of a split of tag team titles ahead of WrestleMania. As such, new champions might make it possible for WWE to split the championship between Raw and SmackDown. Only time will tell if Dunne and Bate are winning the championships at the Elimination Chamber in Perth.
WWE is preparing to make Elimination Chamber a huge PLE
The Elimination Chamber is just a few weeks away. The show will be live from the Optus Stadium in Perth, Australia. It is going to be the first WWE event in Australia after Super Show-Down in 2018. Therefore, WWE is preparing to make it an iconic event.
Accordingly, there are possible chances of The Rock showing up at Elimination Chamber. It is going to mark an appearance to progress the current ongoings in WWE around him. In essence, WWE has announced two chamber matches with all-time high implications, leading to WrestleMania. In fact, stars like Cody Rhodes, LA Knight, Rhea Ripley, and Becky Lynch have all been advertised for the event.
Over the top, the country’s own Rhea Ripley will be headlining the show. She will defend her Women’s World Title against Nia Jax in what is destined to be a battle of the brawlers. Moreover, a few surprises are also planned for the show, which might also work as the cherry on top of the cake in Australia.
