Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny has amassed a large number of followers all over the globe. Also, the artist is well known by wrestling fans for his impressive in-ring performances in the WWE. Many consider him one of the best celebrity wrestlers of all time. Recently, the popular figure appeared in a Saturday Night Live teaser, which shows a promo battle.

In the short clip, a head-to-head promo battle teaser is seemingly between Bad Bunny “the Host” and Bad Bunny “the Musical Guest”. First, the Musical Guest interrupts the Host by entering Stone Cold Steve Austin‘s iconic glass-shattering opening. Moreover, the former comes out with a championship with the words “SNL” engraved on it.

The leather-clad Bad Bunny is a ‘heel’ while his counterpart plays the role of ‘babyface’. “Shut up, dummy. I’m here. I’ve got a weekend update for you, Amigo: you suck,” says the SNL Champion in Spanish. In reply, the polite version of Bad Bunny mocks his rival, saying, “This idiot doesn’t know how to read. I’m gonna break your face, a**hole.”

At last, the pair square off as the interviewer hypes the October 22 edition of Saturday Night Live. All in all, fans enjoyed the teaser for the upcoming episode. Bad Bunny has mentioned his fondness for professional wrestling on several occasions. Therefore, the famous musician has used mainstream media as a platform to show the same.

Corey Graves addresses a potential Bad Bunny vs. Logan Paul WWE match

The idea of celebrity involvement in wrestling was frowned upon by the WWE Universe. However, it is safe to assume that opinions have changed since the debuts of Logan Paul and Bad Bunny. Without a doubt, the duo has exceeded fan expectations and delivered enthralling in-ring matches. Many speculated about a future battle between the two in the foreseeable future.

Corey Graves, a WWE commentator, commented on the ‘possibility’ during an episode of the After The Bell podcast. According to him, the potential match would draw mainstream attention to the wrestling product. “If Bad Bunny vs. Logan Paul were to be made and advertised and promoted, everybody else in the locker room would be begging to get on that card,” Graves said.

However, the retired professional wrestler opined that he doesn’t see the match happening anytime soon. Needless to say, it would be difficult for WWE to pass by the opportunity of the bout. Also, fans believe the battle between the celebrities is a WrestleMania-caliber showdown.
