Bayley pays a touching tribute to Sara Lee at the Extreme Rules
Bayley in WWE
This Saturday at the Extreme Rules Premium Live event, Bayley was defeated by Bianca Belair at the event. Everything at the event looked excellent and made sense, and the match was a fascinating one where the audience saw a variety of things.
The DAMAGE CTRL members attempted to take out the EST of the WWE but she managed to outperform them and delivered a double KOD to both of them. At the end of the match, Bayley held a ladder, but Belair managed to pick her up for a KOD and landed Bayley on the ladder. The impact never made The Role Model to get up again, and Belair won the match.
The defeat marked Bayley’s third consecutive defeat against Bianca Belair at the PLE. She will probably have her rematch at the Crown Jewel, but now she might have to think out of the box and be stronger to defeat the EST of the WWE. Bianca Belair single-handedly beat The Role Model even after the interference of Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky at the event.
The event also saw Bayley pay tribute to the Late Sara Lee, who passed away this past Thursday at the very young age of 30. Bayley paid homage to Lee on social media, but she emphasized the importance of remembering her on the occasion. The Role Model had a wristband with the word Sara inscribed on it. Many people noticed the touching tribute and are now pleased with her actions.
Bianca Belair reflects on her match against Bayley
After the match, WWE Personnel Cathy Kelly interviewed Bianca Belair backstage. She asked her about her win in her first Ladder match of her career. Belair remarked that she was aware of Bayley’s unpredictability, her determination to win the bout, and the interference of Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky. She asserted that the true source of power is not in dominating others but in controlling oneself, and tonight, she gave The Role Model a proof of her dominance.
She also discussed the double KOD she gave Sky and Kai, claiming that she did it for her girls, Asuka and Alexa Bliss. She stated that she does not believe the conflict is over and that they would still pursue her, but for the time being, she is the WWE RAW Women’s Champion.
