Yesterday’s Elimination Chamber PLE earmarked a couple of quotas for WrestleMania 40. However, a ton of superstars were left heartbroken, and one of them is Bianca Belair. And it appears like she couldn’t catch a breath. Belair’s arch-nemesis, Bayley has come up with an acerbic jab. The Role Model said that Bianca should’ve won the Royal Rumble in response to The EST’s post on X, where she posted a heartbreaking emoji.
Bayley and Belair are no strangers. They’ve likely gotten in each other’s way more than anyone else on the main roster. And while Bianca has maintained a distinctive edge over the ex-Damage CTRL leader, the latter has appeared to have the last laugh this time around. Speaking of the Knoxville-based wrestler’s outing inside the Elimination Chamber, she went the distance.
Belair hung in and made it to the final three with Liv Morgan and Becky Lynch. Despite a dogged display of brute strength, a blip in concentration allowed Morgan to roll up Bianca. And that’s how The EST’s WrestleMania dreams were dashed. However, according to Bayley, none of this would’ve happened had Belair won the Royal Rumble match.

It remains to be seen what’s next for the woman who claims that one can’t spell WrestleMania without “est.” In her previous outings at the Grandest Stage, Belair either competed for the women’s title or put it on the line. However, for the first time since joining the main roster, she’s struggling to even make it to The Showcase of the Immortals. It’s always possible that she ends up getting featured in some capacity in Philly.
Is Bayley in for yet another betrayal this week on SmackDown?
As much as Bayley would’ve enjoyed rubbing salt on Bianca Belair’s wounds, she’s herself in a fix. This week on SmackDown, the 34-year-old will join forces with Dakota Kai to take on Kairi Sane and Asuka. And for what it’s worth, the WWE Universe believes that it’s just a well-orchestrated gambit for The Role Model.
The fans believe that Bayley would end up getting betrayed by Dakota Kai and the rest of the Damage CTRL. Last week, Kai was mysteriously attacked backstage. Once Bayley reached to check on her, Dakota revealed that Iyo Sky and her girls had laid her out.
The ex-hugger felt guilty for not having Dakota’s back. However, the Kiwi superstar pledged to combat the Damage CTRL, with Bayley agreeing to shake hands with her.
