Maxxine Dupri is one of the hottest acts on weekly television right now. Her career took a major turn after she joined Chad Gable and Otis, as part of the Alpha Academy. Furthermore, the audience has been invested in her journey from being a model to a professional wrestler.

On the most recent episode of Monday Night RAW, the 26-year-old made her singles debut. Maxxine squared off against the Viking Raiders’ Valhalla in a tough bout, finally defeating her with a Japanese Ocean Cyclone Suplex. It was used by Manami Toyota in NJPW.

Soon after, AJ Styles reacted to the Alpha Academy star’s use of the maneuver. He tweeted and wrote, “I think it’s awesome! What’s old is new again.” The Phenomenal One surely loved to watch Maxxine perform the movie, which was long forgotten.

The Phenomenal One has previously expressed his opinion that the Japanese legend is one of the greatest of all time. Therefore, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that he showed appreciation for Maxxine Dupri using the move to gain her first singles win on the main roster.
