Former Divas Champions Nikki Bella and Brie Bella have been a legendary duo in the history of women’s wrestling. However, the twins have been out of action for a long time. Recently, the Bella Twins, now known as the Garcia Twins, talked about how WWE never asked them before seizing the “Bella Twins” moniker.
In a conversation on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Nikki revealed some shocking things that transpired prior to their WWE exit. She said, “I’ll be honest, I got a lawyer letter. Four hours before my contract was ending, they were ceasing it all, so I kept that letter in my office so I could always see it and just know that as I enter this new chapter.”
Furthermore, the former Divas Champion opened up about her reaction to never having a conversation with WWE about keeping their names despite them leaving the company. “We thought, ‘Oh, maybe there’ll be a conversation because we have such a huge brand and we were actually making WWE a lot of money’, so we actually thought there was going to be a conversation,” said Nikki.
Moreover, Nikki Garcia seemed confident after her recent affairs with WWE. She stated that she has the power to build her legacy once again. The Bella Twins were rumored to return to WWE. Apparently, the comeback has never materialized. During their tenure, the duo had amazing feuds with stars like Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and Ronda Rousey.

Former Bella Twins want to have one last run in pro wrestling
The Garcia Twins have been a legendary duo in professional wrestling and achieved much fame under the name Bella Twins. They have been an integral part of the Women’s Revolution in WWE. The duo has competed in renowned matches for the company. However, the twins haven’t been active professional wrestlers ever since they embraced motherhood. Recently, in an interview, Nikki and Brie talked about their wish to have one last run in WWE.
In the aforementioned podcast, Nikki Garcia revealed that if her surgeon allows her to wrestle, she is open for one last run. “We want one last run. Especially when our sons are a little older and they could sit and watch their mommies kick ass, and if my surgeon allows me to,” she said regarding the return of the Garcia Twins.
The former Divas Champion suffered a broken neck in 2015. She has been very concerned about her neck ever since. The Bella Twins made their appearance at the Royal Rumble a couple of times. Although a full-time return is seemingly nowhere near, it is going to be interesting to see if they ever make a comeback in professional wrestling.
