Bayley talking trash to Bianca Belair
The Raw Women’s Championship was on the line at Extreme Rules when Bianca Belair defended her gold against Bayley. The Role Model immediately targeted the EST upon her return at Summerslam alongside her girls Dakota Kai and IYO SKY. These women shared some unfinished business at the very juncture as their last match before Bayley hiatus was pulled due to an unfortunate injury sustained by The Role Model days before Money in the Bank last year.
Tonight, these women started off the match with some calculated offense trying to bring in some early ladders and make the climb to no avail. There were some really bone wrecking spots during the match with Bayley driving Belair through the ladder via a Sunset Flip Powerbomb but in another attempt to maximize the damage over EST, The Role Model delivered a flying elbow on the ladder but somehow Belair avoided the catastrophe.
Bianca Belair’s pursuit for success was put to jeopardy at one point when Dakota and SKY interfered but she double KODied both of them showing unreal strength. The ending moments of the match saw Belair executing her finisher to Bayley on the ladder and then quickly making the climb to retrieve the Raw Women’s title hanging high above the ring thus retaining the championship.
