Bianca Belair is set to defend the WWE RAW Women’s Championship against Bayley in a ladder match at the Extreme Rules Premium Live Event. This will be the 4th time Belair will defend her Championship at a PLE, with the latest being at SummerSlam against Becky Lynch.
Bianca Belair has a 2-0 record against Bayley in Premium Live events, with Belair winning two fights at 2021 WrestleMania Backlash and 2021 Hell in a Cell. They were set to face each other at the MITB 2021 Premium Live Event but the match was cancelled due to Bayley’s injury.
The rivalry between Bianca Belair and Bayley resumed after the latter’s return to SummerSlam this year. The contract signing for the Extreme Rules bout took place on RAW this week. Both participants got into a fight during the event when Belair countered Bayley’s attack and fled backstage to save Asuka and Alexa Bliss from attacks by Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai. The match is going to be an exciting one as it is a singles ladder match after a long time.
Bianca Belair has accomplished almost everything in the WWE

Since making her WWE debut, Bianca Belair has always been a formidable force in the ring, and she has an unrivalled capacity for resiliency. Belair has made a name for herself as one of the leading characters in the women’s division.
In addition to being the current RAW Women’s Champion, Bianca has also held the SmackDown Women’s and NXT Women’s Championships. She also prevailed in the Royal Rumble of 2021. With the exception of an MITB contract, Belair has achieved practically everything in the WWE.
Bianca Belair was recently asked to provide one piece of advice to her younger self in an interview with ProSieben MAXX. In response, she said that she would tell her to have fun since everything works out in the end.
She claimed that because she had no prior experience in wrestling, she had to prove herself and would work hard all the time to do so. Bianca Belair claimed that, sometimes, she felt as though she had failed to recognize her progress’s smaller victories.
“That it all makes sense in the end, and don’t forget to have fun. I think my time in NXT, I came in, I didn’t come from the wrestling world, I came in feeling like I had to prove that I belonged here. I was trying to learn this new art and skill, this new craft of being a wrestler and at the same time trying to learn about the history of the business and it was just a lot… I was grinding all the time. I had fun, but I feel like sometimes I forgot to stop and appreciate the small accomplishments along the way.”
The Extreme Rules Live event will take place on October 8th at the Wells Fargo Centre, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
