LA Knight is currently one of the fans favorite superstars in WWE. There has been speculation about him winning the Money in the Bank briefcase even before he qualified for the match. Considering this popularity spike of Knight, Booker T has opined on his views on the hottest star. The WW Hall of Famer stated that Knight is a rare talent, and WWE should pull the trigger on him as soon as possible.
Speaking on the “Hall of Fame” podcast with Brad Gilmore, Booker T told WWE to stop messing with Knight. He said that Knight is a guy who is rare and organic and has figured it out. Booker T also highlighted that the crowd shows massive support for him and that people enjoy his presence. According to the WWE veteran, the company should understand its next step in making the star a superstar. He believes they should utilize his talents and reward him with the A-game that he deserves.
Booker T then stated how easily LA Knight has made a name for himself with sheer talent in much less time. He reflected on how the company had never chosen to push, but it is the crowd that will make WWE do so. The former World Champion then made a bold statement, saying WWE should simultaneously think of attrition while making a superstar out of Knight.
LA Knight has qualified for the Men’s Money in the Bank ladder match by securing a win against Montez Ford on SmackDown. While he has six tough competitors around him, the betting odds still favor him to win the contract over social media celebrity Logan Paul. Paul shares the podium with LA and could be a bigger threat to the emerging superstar.
