Braun Strowman overcame the Giant Omos at the Crown Jewel PLE. Strowman sealed his victory after delivering the running powerslam to Omos. The match was an average one and could have been much better. The pace was slow and it wasn’t quite engaging.
The crowd looked to have gone into snooze fest during the match and became alive at the end but again the ending seemed to be abrupt. Braun Strowman made Omos look better in the ring and he deserves the praise for that. Omos too was better than what we have seen of him before and we surely feel he could do better. Whether the rivalry has been ended or not is unknown, but fans surely want to see them in the ring again.
This was Braun Strowman’s first big feud since his return to the WWE. He has been in the best shape since his return and looks to be working hard n the gym. The drastic transformation can be seen from his previous photos.
During a recent chat with WWE Alan, The Former WWE Universal Champion revealed his diet that is responsible for his current physique. He stated that he wakes up at 6 in the morning and thereafter does an hour of Cardio. Strowman then went on to describe his diet and what he eats in a day.
“[The secret is] just work, consistency, waking up at 6 o’clock in the morning every day doing an hour of cardio. I eat 20 egg whites and 4 cups of oatmeal for breakfast and then I go to train at the gym for around two-three hours. Then I usually like eating sushi for my post-workout meal. I have 50 pieces of tuna sashimi and 4 bowls of rice. And then every about two and a half- three hours, I eat between 10 oz and 12 oz of cooked beef, chicken, and fish, and between a 150 and 400 gm of rice.”
