“Nor is it MEANT to be”- Bray Wyatt responds to a comment criticizing him for his cryptic post about wrestling

Bray Wyatt in WWE

Bray Wyatt was one of the most talented wrestlers in the WWE. Wyatt’s rise from an unknown Husky Harris to one of the most popular men on the roster was really commendable. Bray Wyatt is the third-generation wrestler and was always involved in sports, playing football during his high school days and when he was pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Troy University. Wyatt’s Father Mike Rotunda worked in the WWF and was a prominent name in the company.

Bray Wyatt is widely praised for his character work and his gimmicks, with the Wrestling Observer Newsletter awarding him the Best Gimmick award twice in his career, but several wrestling pundits like Dave Meltzer have criticized WWE for their booking of Wyatt’s The Fiend persona, with many saying that Wyatt is a great performer in the ring but his matches aren’t made great. Wyatt’s The Fiend character faced Seth Rollins at the 2019 Hell in a Cell but the match was critically panned by fans and critics, calling it one of the worst matches of that year.

Since Bray Wyatt’s release from WWE in July 2021, he hasn’t wrestled anywhere and there were reports last year that he was dealing with some health issues. Wyatt participated in an Instagram Q&A in April 2022 and talked about his health and wrestling career. Bray said that he is now lot better physically and mentally and that he was able to challenge himself with tasks that were before impossible. He had stated that he was content and that time will tell what he would do next.

Bray Wyatt also discussed the sport of wrestling, saying that he couldn’t picture living the rest of his life without ever entering the ring again or experiencing the cheers of the crowd. He claimed that he frequently considers wrestling and is simply awaiting the ideal occasion to return to his passion.

Wyatt often posts tweets about wrestling and many fans think that those are some cryptic posts and criticize him for the tweets. Wyatt recently shared about wrestling being a fairytale for masochists and many members of the WWE Universe criticized him for being an enigmatic one, with one user saying that the post isn’t cryptic or interesting like he thinks it is. Wyatt also took no time and decided to shut the user and his critics. Wyatt said that the message was just something he felt like writing down and wasn’t intended to be mysterious or unusual. Wyatt said, It’s not his fault that everyone evaluates him like an English teacher in middle school every time he writes something.

“Nor is it meant to be. Just a feeling I wrote down. It’s not my fault every time I say something everyone grades me like a middle school English teacher. See the forrest for trees man”.

There are speculations that Bray Wyatt might return to the company, with Vince McMahon being retired now and Triple H being the Head of creative.
