Recently, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt Matt Arroyo tried to counter the Batista Bomb, only to fail in this attempt.

Matt Arroyo, on his Instagram, posted a reel showcasing the process of defending the Batista Bomb. The Animal picked up the black belt and lifted him for his iconic move in the video. Nevertheless, the moment Matt had to defend himself, he suffered a failure. Dave Bautista successfully delivered the Batista Bomb.

At the end of the video, Matt can be seen tired as he declares that there is no way to counter the Animal’s Batista Bomb. This particular move has been the unique identity of Batista in WWE as it is a modified version of a regular shoulder powerbomb.

During the interview, Batista went on to say, “Right now, my schedule is open, and if someone calls me and has something in mind, a segment, a moment, sure, we could do something.” Following John Cena and The Rock’s return to WWE, Dave Bautista could be in line for a return.
