Bronson Reed will be facing Elias this week on Monday Night Raw. The feud between them originated in a backstage segment on Raw last week. Following their segment, WWE made the match official later on. However, Bronson Reed issued a stern ultimatum to his opponent this week on Raw through a tweet.
The backstage segments have always been enticing to the fans. It adds a different layer to the storylines and the feuds. One such hilarious segment transpired between Elias and Bronson Reed last week on Raw backstage. Elias was teaching Rick Boogs about the correct way of approaching someone. Bronson Reed, who was standing nearby, caught Elias’ attention, so he told Boogs to demonstrate what he had learned.
Elias advised his fellow musician to go to Reed and tell him, “I want to face you in a match”. However, Rick Boogs went to the former NXT star and issued him a challenge on behalf of Elias next week. As a result, Elias’ own lessons backfired on him when Rick Boogs misunderstood his words. Therefore, the former NXT Champion became an unsolicited opponent for Elias this week on Raw.
Bronson Reed tweeted a picture ahead of Raw with the caption, “You won’t be able to walk with Elias after I break his ribs!” As a result, the WWE Universe got hyped up for the match, with Reed giving a strong warning to the former 24/7 champion. He unsheathed Elias’ famous catchphrase and intimidated him ahead of their match this week. Elias accidentally landed himself in jeopardy last week due to Rick Boogs.
The hilarious segment last week on Raw backstage culminated in their match this week. Therefore, it will be interesting to see whether Elias can escape his fate or whether Reed annihilates him in front of the fans in the arena.

The former NXT star debuted on the main roster on the December 19 episode of Raw. On his debut, he shocked the fans when he helped The Miz win his match against Dexter Lumis. However, Reed participated in the Elimination Chamber match for the United States championship. The former NXT North American Champion wreaked havoc inside the steel structure. However, he came up short to clinch his first title victory.
Ever since it seemed like WWE did not have any major plans for him ahead of Mania. With Triple H at the helm, the WWE Universe can expect Bronson Reed to become a big name in the company in the future. Moreover, he has done wonders in the NXT with his indomitable size and style of wrestling. Therefore, Bronson Reed could possibly be the next big thing in the company in the coming years.
