Cash Wheeler is one of the active superstars of All Elite Wrestling. His arrest last Friday night came as a shock to most fans of the wrestling business. The Orlando Police Department charged him with one count of aggravated assault with a firearm. The incident took place on July 27, with an arrest warrant issued for the next day.

Furthermore, the AEW Superstar waived arraignment and pleaded not guilty a week later. The full video of the arraignment was captured and posted online. During this, it was revealed that it was not a domestic issue, and Wheeler said that he did not know the people who were involved in the situation. Moreover, all of this took place in a road rage incident where the former WWE superstar allegedly flashed a gun.

Cash Wheeler is scheduled to defend the Tag Team Championship alongside longtime tag team partner, Dax Harwood, against The Young Bucks at the upcoming All In pay-per-view. There was a lot of speculation regarding his participation, given his arrest. However, it is believed he will most probably be allowed to enter the United Kingdom without any issues as he was convicted and not charged.

There has been a lot of murmuring online regarding Cash Wheeler’s conviction for aggravated assault. Some fans were quick to berate the 36-year-old online for his arrest. However, his former Pinnacle teammate, MJF, was quick to jump to his defense on his X account.

The AEW World Champion lambasted those who speculated on the situation without knowing the full details and called them dorks. “We’re all human. We’re all flawed. We all make mistakes. Take it from a guy who’s made more mistakes than most”, he further added.

Despite his ups and downs with the FTR, MJF claimed that Wheeler is a great dude. Finally, he mentioned that the upcoming match between them and the Young Bucks is scheduled to go ahead at All In. Obviously, the event had recently sold around 80,000 tickets, breaking several attendance records in the process as well.
