Major changes expected in WWE post Vince McMahon's retirement
It had hardly been a week since Vince McMahon stepped down from the post of CEO, WWE when we heard another shocking news – Vince McMahon has retired from WWE. The entire WWE Universe was shaken from his news. Even the WWE superstars could not control their feelings on the same.
Vince was being investigated for a hush money scandal for quite some time now. Owing to this, he stepped down from the post. Stephanie McMahon was declared as the interim CEO until Vince returned back to WWE.
Major changes expected in WWE after Vince McMahon retires
With Vince McMahon’s exit from the show, Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan have been declared as the co-CEOs of the company. Vince was very particular about the minute of the things. Now, Stephanie and Nick will be responsible for managing everything that happens in the show.
It is obvious that there will be numerous changes that will now take place in the company. The commentary was clearly not the way it used to be when Vince was around. Vince used to be very specific about the words that should not be spoken. He had better alternatives which were compulsory to be said.
“There’s nobody who’s going to insist on that. That was complete Vince.” said Dave on the weird verbiage at WWE. This is quite early to say that since Stephanie is Vince’s daughter and you can’t expect her to be very different from her father.
Vince’s control over the language might have seemed quite strict of him. But the impact that his retirement will have on the show will be major. Time will show how much needed it is to be ‘quirky’ in the language.
