WWE and even AEW currently have a wide-spread roster, with stars coming from different promotions. The jumping of talents from one promotion to another has been exciting for fans to see how their storylines work out in different promotions. Such a moment happened when former WWE Superstar Deonna Purrazzo made her AEW debut on Dynamite. To address this, WWE’s Chelsea Green took on X and showed her excitement.
Deonna Purrazzo, who has been a former TNA talent as well, seems to have a good bond with Green. Their time in Impact saw their tag team win the Knockouts World Tag Team Championship together. Considering this, the Hot Mess stated that The Virtuosa is her girl and added, Go D! as an exclamation. The post was later deleted by her to avoid the implicit consequences of cross-promotional mentions.
Deonna made her presence known to the AEW fans by confronting Mariah May after her in-ring debut. After a verbal battle with May, Purrazzo took her out and revealed herself to be ‘All Elite’. She stated that AEW has entered the Age of Virtuosa and pumped up her hometown New Jersey crowd.

Green is busy on the Monday Nights schedule working in the tag team division. Alongside Piper Niven, she has even been the Women’s Tag Team Champion and recently lost the championship. They will get a rematch next week on Raw against the current title holders, Katana Chance and Kayden Carter.
Deonna Purrazzo is set to go after Toni Storm’s AEW Women’s Championship
The former Impact Knockouts Champion, Deonna Purrazzo, is All Elite. The Virtuosa made her debut on the first episode of Dynamite in 2024. Having a ROH history, Deonna once appeared on Dynamite back on May 4, 2022, with her Women’s Championship. But now her debut has made her an AEW star.
Her interruption of Mariah May’s promo was a happy moment for the New Jersey crowd. Purrazzo herself, coming from Hackettstown, honored her home state, as May was seen disrespecting it. As Deonna started reminding everyone of it, she directly took her shot at Toni Storm and stated that she would win the gold.
She sent a message to Storm via her protege, Mariah, that she was willing to find her. The 29-year-old then confirmed herself to be a part of the AEW roster and mentioned that they have entered the Age of ‘Virtuosa’. It would be exciting to see how Toni responds to this challenge and how this rivalry will shape in the coming weeks.
