AEW star Chris Jericho displayed his heel persona once again when he misbehaved in front of Tony Khan and the journalists during a press conference.

Chris Jericho recently crossed every limit when he interrupted the press conference of Tony Khan, Darby Allin, and Sting, demanding a match with them. Jericho stormed into the press conference, shouting at Tony Khan. He told Khan to book a no-disqualification tornado tag team match against Sting and Allin. Furthermore, Chris Jericho picked up a water bottle and hit it with a baseball that accidentally hit a journalist who was sitting there.

A few weeks ago, Jericho came face-to-face with Sting for the first time in pro-wrestling history. Since then, the 52-year-old has had some heated moments with him as he keeps trash talking about him. In fact, he laid out a challenge to Darby Allin and Sting last week to face him and the Suzuki Gods in a six-man tag team match at the Forbidden Door.

Chris Jericho’s press conference interruption proved to be very shocking for the company and even the fans, as nobody saw it coming. Jericho’s bottle hitting a journalist was a disgraceful sight for fans and everyone else present at the press conference. The 52-year-old is known for breaking the rules and not caring about the authorities. It is a part of his heel persona that he has been carrying in AEW. Tony Khan, who is the CEO of AEW, seemed to have accepted him like that. It could perhaps be a part of the script to increase viewership and media hype among the fans. Nevertheless, it has established Jericho as one of the best heels in AEW.

Jericho and Sting have both been legends in pro wrestling. They both have been doing exceptionally well, even at this stage of their careers.
