Since “The Best in the World” CM Punk has returned, he has always tried his best to make the young and new wrestlers feel comfortable. The wrestling community has seen many clips of him meeting with the superstars of NXT and sharing his valuable insights with them. One more similar moment was caught on camera before the Royal Rumble. 

In the video, CM Punk was seen running and jumping guardrails to meet Jade Cargill before her debut in the Women’s Royal Rumble match. He gave her a tight hug and asked to take some pictures with her. Both have had a great relationship since their AEW days and have always had only good things to say about each other.

The 31-year-old star revealed that whenever she has met Punk, it has always been a joyful conversation. Cargill shocked the WWE Universe by lifting Nia Jax up and eliminating her, making fans believe that the wait for her return was totally worth it.

Jade and Punk performed exceptionally well in their respective Royal Rumble matches and survived till the final 4. Unfortunately for Punk, he suffered a tricep injury during the match and will be out of action for some time. However, Cargill will look forward to making her name in WWE after a dominating performance at Royal Rumble.

Booker T showered praise on Jade Cargill following her Royal Rumble performance

Jade Cargill not only impressed the WWE Universe with her raw strength but also some of the WWE legends. One of those was Hall of Famer Booker T, who talked about her performance on his podcast.

On his podcast, Booker talked about the performances of several superstars who made their first appearances in the Royal Rumble. He specially mentioned stars like Jade, Bron Breakker, and Jordynne Grace. The 58-year-old called Cargill a major superstar and sees her going to the top of the women’s division. 

What stood out, I think, more than anything, was they both look like major superstars already. Jade Cargill's got the star appeal. She is definitely going to shake it up in the women's division. She might even take over the women's division if she plays her cards right.

The fans were worried about Cargill’s debut, as she was nowhere to be seen after first appearing in WWE. One thing is for sure: after her performance at the Royal Rumble, the fans will be excited to see what she does in the future.
