While expressing his view about the rivalry on his own podcast called as “To be the man” WWE Hall of Famer Ric flair stated that Seth Rollins has gained a lot from his rivalry with Cody Rhodes and that it didn’t hurt Seth Rollins to be on the losing side. He believes that Cody Rhodes made Seth Rollins after that night.

“He [Rhodes] made Seth Rollins last night more than Seth ever has since he’s been in the company. It didn’t hurt Seth at all to lose. Going into this Monday night, they had to have a plan. He could be out three or four months with that.”

Flair also expressed his thoughts on Rollins’ string of defeats:

“I think it was great of Seth to put him over like he did the two times,” Flair continued. “Doing what they did last night, Seth’s fresh, he put a lot of heat on himself last night. The most I’ve ever seen him put on himself, and all because of Cody.”

Cody is said to go under the knife on Thursday of this week to mend his pectoral muscle.

With Cody Rhodes’ victory at the main event on Sunday and with both of them shaking hands with each other next day at Monday night RAW, the rivalry that began at WrestleMania 38 appeared to have ended but a several moments later Rollins attacked Rhodes with a sledgehammer from behind.

With his victory, Cody Rhodes remains unbeatable against Rollins. Following his appearance on this week’s RAW, we may never see cody for the next five months at the minimum.
