When Cody Rhodes made the bold move from AEW to WWE, everyone in the room stood up. The true cause of his jump is still unknown, while others have speculated that it may have something to do with famous figures like CM Punk and Kenny Omega, but he has denied these claims.

In response to a fan’s tweet, Cody Rhodes stated that Young Bucks and Kenny Omega are not the real causes of his dismissal. He added that the four men are good friends and were not at all the factors in his decision to quit the company.

In response, Cody stated that while he had many issues with CM Punk joining the organization, he did not have an issue with Punk. As a result, Cody did not leave the organization over this; rather, he went to WWE for other significant reasons as well as one personal matter that he did not wish to discuss.

Cody’s tweet even got a response from the Young Bucks as they tweeted a photo of them with the American Nightmare and Kenny staring at an empty stadium. Cody tweeted, “I didn’t leave because of the Bucks/Kenny. I’m forever bonded to those men over what we created, and I remain very proud of it, and I didn’t leave because of/or have issues with Punk. We got along. Not money, not booking, just a personal issue and my wanting to go for the big one.”

It appears that Cody Rhodes was the one who was going to be at the top of the business from the Rhodes family because he has been receiving a lot of cheers from the crowd. His plot was similar in that winning the world championship was the only goal of his return.

The momentum Cody had on the whole WWE Universe was halted by his injury, but it appears that upon his return, he will still be positioned as the top babyface in the organization. With his new attitude and increased mic and in-ring talents, it appears that he will achieve this goal right away.

It appears like Cody Rhodes may be the wrestler who ends Roman Reigns‘ dominant and legendary reign, but this is not yet verified, so we will have to wait to see whether this conflict takes place. Currently, Reigns holds both of WWE’s world championships and is in “God Mode.”
