Cody Rhodes made a grand return to WWE at he 38th edition of the Grandest Stage of them All where the prodigal son defeated the Revolutionary, Seth Rollins in a fantastic match. The American Nightmare has made things look from impossible to possible and has found himself on the posters of WWE all across the globe.

Cody Rhodes is already set to continue his feud and face Seth Rollins again at WrestleMania.  He was one of the founding members of All Elite Wrestling popularly known as AEW. Cody recently also made his reason for coming back to WWE extremely clear which was to fulfill his father Dusty Rhodes’s legacy.

Cody Rhodes recently appeared for an interview with Ryan Satin on the ‘Out of Character’ podcast where he stated that his story is completely real unlike many storylines in the WWE.

This is what he said: “I don’t think you could write a better situation. No knock on anyone who writes these stories or anything like that, [but] this is real. The guy who was thrown to the wolves, and to a degree, came back the leader of the pack. I just want to keep that going forward. There are plenty of people who watch pro wrestling and sports entertainment, who I hope that I can be an influence to in terms of, ‘It’s not always about other people’s plans for you, it’s got to be about your plans for yourself.’ I don’t think that’s selfish at all.”

Cody Rhodes No.1 on Raw?

Rumours suggest that Cody Rhodes after his extremely memorable return at WrestleMania is listed as the too babyface in the Raw Roster. Several advertising posters of the WWE show Cody Rhodes as the representative of Raw and Roman Reigns as the representative of SmackDown.

After his match at Mania he has already defeated Kevin Owens and other reputable WWE superstars. It will be very interesting to see how the company continues to book Cody Rhodes.
