“Carmella could do this” – Corey Graves says it doesn’t matter if Carmella loses, she will show the WWE Universe how good she is

Carmella has proved her worth to the WWE Universe since her debut. Carmella has impressed the WWE Universe by her Character work and in ring prowess. She is the kind of wrestler that WWE wants as she has had no creative issues and probably has played pursued every charter that WWE has offered her until now. Carmella works hard on every gimmick that she has been given.
Carmella surely has worked hard to get better each and every day. Since her debut Carmella has been a 1-time SmackDown Women’s Champion, 1 time Women’s Tag Team Champion with Queen Zelina, Winner of the 2017 Money in the Bank Ladder match and Winner of the 2018 WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal. She successfully cashed in the Money in the Bank contract on Charlotte Flair in 2018 to win the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

Carmella has appeared on the reality show Total Divas. She was a main cast member in 2017 and appeared with her then Boyfriend and now a former WWE Superstar Big Cass. “The Staten Island Princess” then appeared as a guest during the eighth season of the show but again became a regular in the ninth season.
She began a relationship with WWE Commentator and former wrestler Corey graves in 2019 and her relationship with him was featured in the ninth season of Total Divas. She married Graves in April 2022.
Carmella beat Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, Asuka, and Becky Lynch on the 20th June edition of RAW to replace Rhea Ripley at the Money in the Bank live event. She will face Bianca Belair for the RAW Women’s Championship at the event.
Recently, Corey Graves spoke about his wife Carmella on this week’s edition of his podcast After The Bell. Graves said that he doesn’t want his wife to lose but even if she does lose the match, the WWE Universe will come to know how good of a wrestler his wife is. He concluded saying that it is very important as to how she performs in the match.
“Let’s say she comes up short, which I personally hope doesn’t happen, but let’s say it does happen, this is an opportunity for everybody watching to go, ‘Damn, she didn’t win but she’s really good,’ or, ‘Oh, we forgot Carmella could do this.’ The profile of the match-up is the most valuable part of the equation.”
Rhea Ripley was replaced from the title match against Bianca Belair due to some medical issues. The Money in the Bank Live Event will take place on 2nd July at MGM Grand Garden Arena, Paradise, Nevada.
