Current WWE Superstar reportedly sparks interest in going to the UFC, following Brock Lesnar’s footsteps

There are very few people who have achieved the same level of success in WWE and outside WWE too. Superstars like Brock Lesnar and Matt Riddle had great careers in both WWE and MMA, unlike CM Punk and Jack Swagger. Recently, one superstar who just made his debut under the Raw brand expressed interest in going to the UFC.

The former NXT Tag Team Champions Diamond Mine made their debut in WWE Raw and showed what they are made of against DIY’s Johnny Gargano and Tomasso Ciampa when they beat them on last week’s edition of Raw. One of the members of the Diamon Mine, Julius Creed, has an interest in going to the UFC.

Sean Sapp revealed in their podcast that Julius may have a serious interest in joining UFC. However, that’s for later, he has to he has a lot to achieve in WWE. He said:

I think a dark horse in this is someone like Julius Creed, who has communicated to people who have fought in the UFC that he might be interested in that down the line.

According to the reports, Julius has already contacted the people who have fought in the UFC before to prepare himself to make the transition into the MMA world. But for now, people are excited to see him achieve new heights in the WWE.

Booker T sees the Creed brothers as future Hall of Famers

Julius Creed and Brutus Creed just had two matches till now on the main roster, but following their careers since NXT, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T feels they have Hall of Fame potential. He said they are generational talents, and they are going to have a Hall of Fame career as brothers.

While speaking in the podcast via Wrestling Inc., Booker said:

The Creed Brothers are one of those generational teams that come along few and far between. I think they’re gonna have a hell of a future, being brothers, doing this. Time is gonna do those guys a whole hell of a lot of good. They could be one of those dynasty-like teams back in the day like the Steiner Brothers, the Harlem Heat, the Nasty Boys, like Road Warriors. 

To be compared with the likes of the Steiner Brothers and Harlem Heat so early in their careers, the Creed Brothers are surely destined for greatness. The fans have seen what they are capable of in the NXT and are behind them cheering in their main roster careers. It will be interesting to see whether they will go straight into the tag team title picture or if they have to climb up the ladder.
