Dakota Kai is an extremely fresh addition to the Monday Night Raw Women’s division and she’s already showing her colours in just under a month of debuting on the main-roster. Dakota had a pretty rollercoaster journey with WWE and was always destined to be successful superstar in this industry. After showcasing her talent on NXT’s Black and Gold territory everyone knew she could be a major deal once she gets the promotion. She is a former NXT Women’s Tag-Team Champion with Raquel Rodriguez.

Her in-ring performances were immensely praised and she possessed a decent mic work along with a striking charisma. Her last feud in NXT was against her own partner Raquel Rodriguez after she stabbed in the back and claimed her stake at the NXT Women’s Champion Raquel. The two women battled it out for the gold at NXT Takeover 36 where the Champion retained her title. Back in early 2022, Dakota got released from her WWE contract.

But, after Triple H gained the creative control he ensured that one of his Golden Girls from NXT should be there on her rightful place and that’s the WWE main-roster. At Summerslam this year, former Smackdown Women’s Champion Bayley made her long-awaited return to the company after eventually missing out for more than a year. She came along with two of the most talented women including IO Shirai (renamed as IYO SKY) and Dakota Kai leaving everyone’s mouths wide open.

Dakota Kai heaps praise on Triple H calling him open-minded creatively

Dakota Kai was recently interviewed by BT Sport where she revealed how Triple H played a big rope in her success calling him the perfect person to work under with. She insisted that Hunter knows her strengths calling him cool.

“Hunter and I, we work well together. He knows me from my time in NXT during the black and gold reign, so he’s like the perfect person to sort of work under. He knows my strengths and he’s really open to the creative side of things too, which is cool.”
