Damage CTRL member Dakota Kai recently came back from a horrific ACL injury and started wrestling, much to the joy of fans. However, she showed the WWE Universe what a professional wrestler goes through on a daily basis. Kai displayed her battle scars on social media after her gruesome battle against Bianca Belair. 

Dakota Kai took to Instagram and posted a story in which she expressed her happiness at finally being able to wrestle again. She has come back with a bang, as she was in the main event of two back-to-back SmackDown episodes against Bayley and Bianca Belair, respectively. The 35-year-old star showed bruises on her arms and elbows and stated that, despite the painful injuries, she was still breathing.

On the latest episode of SmackDown, The EST of WWE picked up an easy victory against Kai. However, after the match, Damage CTRL took down Belair and Naomi, who tried to help her friend. That ambush was quickly thwarted by Jade Cargill, who announced her arrival in style.

Following the aftermath of SmackDown, WWE announced that the 35-year-old, along with the Tag Team Champions, Asuka and Kairi Sane, will battle the trio of Cargill, Belair, and Naomi at WrestleMania. It will be interesting to see whether Dakota Kai leads Damage CTRL to victory or whether Big Jade earns a victory in her first-ever WrestleMania match.

Bianca Belair and Dakota Kai got caught up in a hilarious botch on SmackDown

Dakota Kai was a no-match for Belair’s power, as The EST of WWE easily fended off Kai on the latest episode of SmackDown. However, the moment that caught everybody’s eye was a hilarious botch from both superstars trying to perform a move.

During the match, Belair was continuously laying punches on the 35-year-old Superstar on the turnbuckle. However, Kai swiftly moved away and tried to catch her braid, but was unable to do so. Finally, Belair herself had to help her by literally handing her the tail end. They performed the move without any fuss, and the match continued smoothly. 

Some dangerous botches are proof to remind the viewers that wrestling is not easy. An injury could end a wrestler’s career in the worst-case scenario. Thankfully, both superstars were not seriously injured and will fight each other alongside their teammates at the Show of Shows.
