His contract expired with the company post which he joined AEW a year back. He is now a big part of the AEW where he is back to in-ring action. The wrestling legend brought all the wrestling fans across the globe together once again in the ring to see him perform after a long break.

He confessed that he doesn’t worry about being the best but gives his best to be the best of himself. For him, his judgement about the match, his performance, his enjoyment in the same makes him judge a match. He also rewatches the matches to find out the areas he lacked in.
He is also an honest praiser and appreciates himself for everything good he did during the match. He also did not acknowledge fan’s tag of the ‘Best’ and said that for him, the idea of being the best was subjective. For him, focusing on the wrongs was best.
Talking about wrestling, Daniel Bryan said, “Wrestling is a mirror to improve yourself. It allows you to get better at public speaking.” Daniel was himself involved in the WWE management committee after he was declared unfit for in-ring action by the medical test.
“I think I could work a 15-minute match exclusively using a hammerlock. That’s a mental challenge, the kind that makes me go deeper with every single thing I do. I love being a lifelong learner, and that makes me enjoy this even more,” said Daniel Bryan.
Bryan has been a favorite for the majority of the fans across the globe. The fans have liked him for his in-ring performance as well as his nature. His reaction to being called the best speaks volumes about him. Despite being away from WWE, he carries a majority of the WWE Universe to AEW.
