Dave Bautista is among the only few superstars with a successful career outside WWE, along with John Cena and The Rock. However, age catches up to everyone. The 54-year-old star shared a picture of himself, claiming that he is old and beaten up now.
Bautista posted a story on his Instagram with a video of him staying in a cold plunge, even in the extremely cold weather. He showed the temperature was near 50 F, but said he would stay in there for 15-20 minutes more. Many superstars and athletes do this for post-exercise recovery. It’s commonly used in sports after intense physical activity.

There were recently many fans concerned for Dave’s health, as he looked almost unrecognizable when he appeared in MrBeast‘s video. He helped Mr. Beast rescue 100 abandoned dogs by finding a new home for them. A few fans even said the substances he took to take care of his physique were starting to affect him.

The Animal is right now busy in Hollywood; in 2024, his movie ‘Dune: Part Two’ will be a notable movie fans have been waiting for. Recently, Triple H teased that a former WWE Champion would be making an appearance on next week’s Day 1 edition of Raw.
